(a) The aforesaid charges are subject to 10% annual escalation.
(b) The aforesaid charges are based on the estimated number of hours required to be spent by our resources for the said different types of applications. In case our resources are required to invest additional time due to additional instructions or change in the assignment, our hourly rates of USD 35 shall be applicable for such additional actual time invested. In case you would like to seek our Immigration Support Services for any work beyond the aforesaid assignments then our standard hourly rates @ 35 USD shall be applicable. The Parties may however mutually discuss the estimated number of hours that may be required for such other assignments well in advance.
(c) The said turn-around time is subject to receipt of all documents required to prepare the complete packet. At times, an Immigration attorney/ law firm requests us to work on a complete packet based on the limited documents available with such attorney/ law firm. In such cases, we start working on the packet based on the limited documents provided to us, however, the turn-around time and the pricing remains the same considering the fact that our resources are spending same amount of time to prepare the packet. Thereafter, in case such clients provides additional documents to work on the same case, then additional charges apply based on the additional number of hours spent by us.
(d) The delivery schedule shall be calculated considering that our resources work 08 hours a day and from Monday to Friday except for public holidays.
(e) The aforesaid charges are for each applicant and does not include dependents, beneficiaries, spouse, etc.
Payment Terms
The aforesaid charges shall be paid in 2 parts; 50% at the start of the project based on estimation and balance 50% within 7 (seven) days from the date of invoice post-delivery based on actual hours spent (wherever applicable).
